Pandas

When did you last visit the IMAX theatre at Melbourne Museum?

Thanks to Bron at Smith’s Holiday Road, we attended the premiere of Pandas 3D on Wednesday night.

Pandas 3D follows Qian Qian and the attempt to reintegrate her into the Chinese wilderness with  the help of Dr Jake Owens.

Established in 1987, the Chengdu Research Base of Giant Panda Breeding has been working on breeding programs and raising panda cubs in captivity. In 2008, they partnered with Global Cause to collaboratively work to successfully reintegrate these pandas back into the wild.

Pandas 3D is an incredibly cute film, that highlights the work being done by Dr Jake Owens and his colleagues in the conservation of pandas.

We challenge you to not fall in love with Qian Qian just as we did when you watch this film with  your families.

Tickets can be purchased via IMAX Melbourne.
